Quality Control Evaluations
Continued 5 Star Service: You will receive daily activity reports and reports on any incidents which occurred during each shift. Management thoroughly reviews your reports and invoices daily to ensure that systems and procedures are followed properly. Management ensures that security officers are on time and on site throughout their shift, client calls are returned and all issues are resolved promptly.
